MOGGE PAR-A score calculator (2021)
For risk stratification of women with PAS

This software was created based on a machine learning model that was created through a multicenter study including 11 centers from 9 countries. The model was designed to predict significant adverse outcomes in women with placenta accreta spectrum (PAS).

The software uses inputs from current pregnancy in women with PAS to predict probability of adverse outcomes (along with sensitivity and specificity of prediction) namely, risk of massive blood loss and admission to intensive care unit (ICU).

The original study was published in July 2021. The PAR-A score, calculated by this model, was validated through another multicenter study of 6 centers worldwide that was published in October 2021.
